For Partial COD orders, a specified amount may be required to be paid in advance to confirm the order. The remaining amount will be payable upon delivery.

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 1 hour of placing the order.

After the 1-hour cancellation period, an order may have entered processing or dispatch and cannot be cancelled.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Once an order has been successfully delivered, customers cannot return the product simply because they have changed their mind or no longer want the item.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product information and order details before completing their purchase.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs/videos. We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

8. Partial COD Orders and Refused Deliveries

For orders confirmed through Partial COD, the advance payment may be treated as a confirmation amount.

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order, repeatedly fails to receive the order, or provides incorrect delivery information resulting in a failed delivery, the advance amount may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
